AUCTION TERMS
Please email with questions BEFORE YOU BID. We adhere to a "Full
Disclosure Policy" and will provide full details on any item we
offer. We strive for accurate descriptions when we list but item
descriptions can be very subjective. Again email with questions.
If, upon receipt of the item bid on, there is a difference of
opinion on condition and the buyer insists on returning the item
we will refund the BID price only. Shipping charges both to you and
back cannot be refunded. The item must return in the same condition
it was shipped and you MUST contact us before an item is returned.
Buyer agrees to prepay shipping and insurance within 10 days
of auction end.
ATTENTION OVERSEAS BIDDERS: we accept POSTAL MONEY ORDERS ONLY
FROM OUR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS. Shipping/handling charges will depend
on the country. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ATTENTION!! PLEASE INCLUDE PHONE
NUMBER FOR CUSTOMS FORMS. THEY WILL REFLECT ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE AND I WILL
NOT MARK ANY PURCHASE AS A GIFT. PLEASE BID ACCORDINGLY!! Thank You for Bidding.

BIDDING: Bidding on an item indicates that you agree
to all terms of this policy.
Notification:
You will be notified shortly after an auction closes that you are
the high bidder. We will ask you to provide a shipping address so
that shipping costs can be determined. We ask that you
REPLY TO THE NOTIFICATION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Please include the item name or number and your e-mail address with
your payment.
We will send a notice. If you do not receive a notice
please contact us as something is wrong!
Payment:
Payment should be received by me within 10 days of auction close.
We accept checks, money orders, Visa-MC-Discover and PayPal payments.
If payment is
made with a check, we do reserve the right to hold items for up to
two weeks at our discretion. If a check is returned, buyer will be
responsible for the cost of the item plus shipping, plus a $20
returned check fee. If this error is not cleared up in a few days,
negative feedback will be left and/or further action will be
taken. If you have NOT paid within the requested time, you will be
sent one "Collection Notice" via e-mail. Failure to respond to this
collection notification within one or two days will result in
negative feedback being left and your item being forfeited. If you
have made special arrangements with us about payment and still
receive the Collection Notice, just remind us. We send messages for
all past due packages periodically.
Shipping:
We will ship USPS Priority Mail whenever possible. Exceptions are
made on very small, light weight items which will fit into an
ordinary envelope. We will NEVER EVER use UPS!
We usually always ship the first business day
following receipt of payment. We will pack multiple items together
to save on shipping provided the items end within one or two days
of each other. If you are notified that you are high bidder and
have the high bid on another item and would like them shipped
together, just let us know.
Postal Insurance
If you have a damaged item it is your responsibility to take it to
the post office to submit a claim. Save all packing materials.

Feedback:
When you have received your item and you are happy with the transaction
please notify us and we can exchange feedbacks. If we neglect to do this
please let us know so we can post it for you.
Returns/Refunds:
Generally all sales are final. Please ask questions before you
bid. We will be happy to answer all questions to the best of our
ability. We do not claim to be experts on many of the collectibles
we sell. If you need specific information, please ask. We try to
give as complete information about items as possible and point out
specific details about condition as known. If you need additional
information, please ask.
Canceling a High Bidders Bid:
We reserve the right to cancel any high bidders bid. Why would we
do this? Poor feedback rating, inability to get a response from
you upon request by e-mail, slow payment on past auctions, we have
had difficulty working with you in the past.
